Peacefully at the Ivan Franko Home in Toronto on Sunday, October 10, 2010 in her 90th. year. Loving wife of the late Peter. Dear mother of Walter and his wife Lesia, and Ola Cholkan and her husband Eugene. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Natalka and Stephan Korobaylo and Christina and Gregory Cholkan. She is survived by one sister in Ukraine. Anna was a long time member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church in St. Catharines. Anna’s family will receive friends at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St.,( east of Keele) on Monday, October 11, 2010 from 6 – 9 p.m. Panachyda will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 143 Franklin Avenue. Interment will take place at St. Volodymyr Cemetery, Oakville at approximately 12:30 p.m.. If desired, memorial donations to the Ivan Franko Home would be appreciated by Anna’s family.
