To Rosemary and Bill Aunty Mary held a special place in my heart - I so enjoyed seeing her at your home. She was always affectionate and kind to me. I remember our stay at the cottage in Wasaga Beach with her, Rosie. Amazing that she continued her visits there every year. What a remarkable woman. With great sympathy, she will be missed. Love Darlean

Sharing with all of you the sorrow of Aunt Mary's passing. It has been many years since the Watts family has visited with her, though we exchanged Christmas letters faithfully each year and kept in touch. There are fond childhood memories of many shoes... It is with great sadness we send our love and prayers to the rest of the wide spread Kalapaca families. Patricia Watts and family

Auntie Mary was a kind and beautiful person. She was always fun to be around with, she loved to laugh, and we all enjoyed her company. I will miss her very much and all the Kalapaca family. I remember how much she loved to go to the cottage, especially with Helen and Tony. When Nick and I went to visit the cottage we always had a wonderful time. Those memories will always be in my heart for ever. May God hold her in His loving arms and may He have mercy on her soul. May perpetual light shine upon her. I will keep her my prayers always. So ends an era we have grown up with -laughed, loved and cried. Today our hearts are saddened by the loss of Aunty Mary. Our memories continue with our picutres and special moments. One of my favorite memories was taking a street car to Eaton's to vist Mary. She was always so proud to show us off and to give us an update on the latest shoe trends. We also had a wonderful time at Uncle David and Aunt Lorrine's 50th anniversay. I hadn't seen her in a while and was like the old days. She was a spark of energy her whole life. She will forever be in a special place in my heart. All my love Maria, Mike and Kaitlyn

We all loved Aunty Mary so much and she will be missed enormously. I have childhood memories of visiting Aunty Mary at Eatons, sneaking up Baba and Gido's house stairs to visit Aunty Mary in her loft where she always had mints to share and a cuddle with Princess the cat. More recently lots of good laughs with Aunty Mary at Wasaga and Kushog during the summer, and chatting on skype from Australia and a last Santa Claus Parade in late November. Aunty Mary was such a strong woman, classy and with such a soft heart for animals. I will remember her always. My condolences and hugs to family and friends -

Our prayers and thoughts are with all our family members as we all grave for our precious Aunt Mary. We wish we could be with you at this time. However, because of the distance, we will not be able to attend the funeral. Gilles & I and our daughter Jacqueline and her family treasure our visit and time we had at Aunt Mary's 90th birthday. Our blessings to all of you in Ontario for always being there for our Aunt and including her in your many celebrations and activities. Our love always, Gilles & RoseMarie Blais and our family.

A tremendous loss for all who loved Aunt Mary. It is the end of the Kalapaca sister dynasty and my heart is breaking. A fabulous legacy of incredible women. I have such fond memories of Aunty Mary at Wasaga beach, her favourite place to be after her early retirement. I admired her strong need for independence, her keen mind and her wonderful fashion sense, especially her shoes. She loved a good joke and had a unique laugh I can still hear. She made an impact in my life and I will remember her always. Vichnaya pamayat. Love Paula
