Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mr. John “Jack” Chamberlain on April 24th, 2012 at 10:24 p.m. at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of the late Irena Chamberlain. Loving brother of sisters Heather, Doreen and Shari and Brothers Ronald and Wayne as well as loving father of John. Jack succumbed to his illness after a long battle with cancer and will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Homes, 92 Annette St. (just east of Keele St.) on Saturday, April 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A Chapel service will follow at 10:30 am in the Cardinal Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed to be made in John’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.Visitation
