It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Jose De Jesus Silva at the age of 83 in Toronto, Ontario. Loving husband to Mrs. Maria Beatriz Silva. Loving father to Michele, Susy and Steve and adoring grandfather to Mia, Joshua, Amy and Makayla. He was also a warm-hearted soul to his son-in-laws Antonio Costa and Carlos Simoes.

Jose was a humble man. He was a man of boundless resilience. He overcame many challenges in his late years losing both of his legs, but always persevering with strength and faith. We will miss you deeply; your staple homemade pizza will forever be in our hearts.

May you now enter the gates of Heaven and rest in peace.
