MICHALIK, H.E. Chev. Baron Marian J. Gr. Cdr. OSJ (J) Passed away with his family by his side on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Toronto Western Hospital. Marian, devoted husband to Jarmila. Loving father of Barbara and her husband Tony and Henry. Proud grandfather of Samantha and Jacob. He will be warmly remembered for his sense of humour, kindness and his philanthropic charity work. Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 & 6-9pm at Cardinal Funeral Home 366 Bathurst Street (North of Dundas). Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10am in St. Mary’s Church (Bathurst Street at Adelaide). Entombment at Prospect Mausoleum “Safely Home In Heaven”Visitation

It was with great sadness that I read of the passing of Marian.It was a privilege for me to have worked with such a fine; honest man.. Dear Barbara and Family,
I am so sad over the loss of Marian. We all still can't believe that we have lost such a wonderful man, husband, father grandfather, and friend to everyone. We are devastated at the loss of Marion, he was truly a kind and wonderful man who will be sorely missed by all who had the oppotunity to know him. We feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to know him and be part of his life.
