Succumbed to cancer, at home on April 8, 2013, leaving behind in sadness his father Walter, his mother Irene, brother John and sister Christine and her husband Stephen Chometa and his Baba Vera Dzioba. Friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette Street. (east of Keele) on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Panachyda Thursday at 7:45 p.m. Funeral Mass at Dormition of the Mother of God (St. Mary's) Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3625 Cawthra Road, Mississauga on Friday at 10 a.m. Internment St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Cemetery, Oakville. If desired, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.Visitation
