Comprehensive Health Insurance

Should something unexpected happens, our team is protected with a comprehensive insurance plan that features generous health, dental, prescription and other paramedical benefits. We also pay 100% of the monthly premiums so that it is one less thing for you to worry about.

Retirement Contributions

Saving for retirement is never easy, especially when so many other life expenses get in the way. That's why we contribute the equivalent of 5% of each team member's salary over and above their regular pay into a retirement account so the money can grow over the years and is custom tailored to each person's goals and timelines.

Professional Clothing and Dry Cleaning

Each of our team members receive a new tailor made suit every year and have an annual dry cleaning allowance. We make it easy to look sharp!

Work/Life Balance

We know how difficult it can be to balance everything that comes your way in this modern world. That is why we reimburse our team members for activities they enjoy doing outside of work up to $750 each year. Our work schedules are also created in consultation with the team to maximize days off and minimize the number of evenings and weekends on each shift.

Smartphone Allowance

Working as a team requires us to be able to get in touch with each other to best serve our client families. Each of our team members has the choice to receive either a company issued smartphone or reimbursement towards the cost of their own phone plan.

Respectful Leadership

We believe in working collaboratively with everyone on the team and do not subscribe to the "old school" way of doing things. Leading by fear and intimidation is not how we motivate each other to do our best.
