Amanda, I am so sorry for your loss. I never want you to be sad, only happy. Take some confort in the fact that Frank is not suffering anymore and in a better place. He will always be watching over you and the girls, that's a dad's job, no matter where he is. Surround yourself with love and know that I am here for you, whatever you may need.
