My dearest Connie and Family. I am saddened at the passing of your beautiful Mae. I will never forget all the love and hospitality that she gave us throughout the years when we would visit. I loved playing on the piano that was there, I loved all the stores that were told. There was always so much love and laughter when we get together during the Santo Cristo festivals. I can still vividly hear prima’s soft voice and picture her sweet smile. I was always amazed how much energy she had, always making sure there was plenty of food for anyone who would visit. Heaven has gained a beautiful Angel. May the hope of Heaven give you Peace and the tender touch of God bring you comfort. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all.

Dear Resendes Family It is with deepest sadness that we forward our condolences on the passing of my Tia Conceicao. Tia was always a very kind, caring and compassionate aunt. She was always genuinely interested in how we were doing in our lives when we spoke to her. We admired her for her dedication to her faith and Tia was an example of her faith in her daily activities with her family and her community. When our family arrived in Toronto, she met us with open arms and helped our family until we were able to get establish. We will always be grateful for Tia’s & Tio’s help. My Dad and all of the family greatly appreciated all her love, warmth and kindness. Tia had such a beautiful soul and she will be deeply missed and she will live in our hearts forever. Tia is now in the hands of the Lord and he is caring for her. He now has one more angel up in heaven. May the Lord bless you. Fatima & Stephen

Dear Connie and family: My heart was saddened by the news that your beautiful mom passed away. She was always so kind, caring, loving and I enjoyed being in her company when I visited her. I loved hearing her family stories, her soft voice when she spoke was soothing and her beautiful smile and laugh I will always remember. My family was always welcomed to her home and when we would go the the Sr. Santo Cristo festival, as kids we looked forward the visit. She was always a gracious host with all her sweets and treats ready for us and other family members to enjoy. Her and my mom would have some good laughs about their childhood times and my sisters and I enjoyed hearing about them and we would laugh along with them. We enjoyed spending time with her children like their mom they were fun to be with we always had a wonderful time at prima Conceicao's house. She was an angel who loved and was dedicated to God and going to church. She was very dedicated to her husband, children, grandchildren and she loved and cheerished them all dearly. I will miss prima Conceicao she is now in heaven with her Lord and his angels, family and friends smiling and laughing and resting in enternal peace. I am sure that prima and my mom having a wonderful time together in heaven.
