Peacefully on April 8, 2011 at the age of 88 in Toronto. Predeceased by her husband Leo and daughter-in-law Karen, she will be dearly missed by her children Bob and Jean Petrushewsky and Terri and Thomas Latendresse. Maria was a loving grandmother to Sarah and Katie Petrushewsky and to Donna and Angelo Giannone, as well as a great grandmother to Melissa Giannone. Donations to the Ukrainian Canadian Social Services Foundation would be greatly appreciated.Visitation

Sorry about the loss of your mother. It's the memories that you hold on to; that will keep her close. This will give you the strength in the coming days and months. We will remember Mary as a strong and independent woman who always cared about her family.
