Passed away peacefully at home Friday, January 29, 2010 at the age of 58. Danny will be dearly missed by his wife Joan Leishman, and their daughters Thandiwe and Lauren. Will also be missed by his brothers Joe and Tony, his nieces and nephews, and his friends and co-workers. Pre-deceased by his parents Assunta and Sante. "Visitation

If is Mr Di Felice who taught me Physics at St Mary's Boys High School in Trinidad in 1980 or '81 - I want to exrpess my deepest condolences so many years later. I was a "problem" student and I loved him. He was gentle and understanding and an amazingly caring teacher to a very bad student. I secretly loved Physics but was a stupid 16 year-old. I eventually got my BS in Phsyics and then an MS in Biomedical Engineering. I am now a CEO of A US public Medical Device company. I have been blessed with success beyond what anyone would have thought possible back then. People (good souls) like Mr Di Felice somehow believed in me and were kind to me at my worst. I do my best to emulate his character and gentle spirit more than anyone can imagine. I wish so much that we were able to speak and that he could see the trail of good and imprint he left on people like me. I hope he would have been proud. I miss him. I am terribly sad that he has passed.
