Pereira, Don (Humber Valley Coach) - Passed away on Friday, August 6, 2004, in his 40th year after a courageous battle with Leukemia. Loving husband of Paula. Devoted father of Christopher, Andrew (A.J.), and Katherine. He is survived by his parents, Manuel and Trindade Pereira, son-in-law of Jack and Zulmira Dias. Brother of Maria and Gary Knight, Joe and Laura Dias, and John Dias. Will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered by his family and friends. Always remembered by the Humber Valley hockey players and parents. Friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst St. (near Dundas), on Saturday from 5 - 9 pm, and Sunday from 2 - 4 & 6 - 9 pm. Online condolences at www.cardinalfuneralhomes.com. Funeral Mass on Monday, 10 am at St. Mary's Church. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
