WWII Veteran and long time employee of Canada Post. 


It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Frank on April 1, 2009 in his 90th year. Frank, is re-united in heaven with his cherished parents Joseph and Mary, brother Edward, sister Margaret and daughter-in-law Donna. Frank, dear father of Carol Amato, Michael and Patricia and her husband Geoffrey Hebber. Devoted grandfather of Nicole, Pamela, Kareena and Philip. Loving great-grandfather of De-Jalienna, James and Jasmine. Frank will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends. Friends will be received at Cardinal Funeral Home (366 Bathurst St. - north of Dundas St.) on Friday April 3, 2009 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Church (Bathurst/Bloor Sts.) on Saturday April 4, 2009 at 12 noon. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Frank to the Toronto Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family."
