Dear Nazira, Azam, Alisha and Rahim my deepest and most sincere condolences. I am still struggling to make sense of the loss of such an amazing son, brother and friend at such a young age. Imran had a huge heart for all those around him and had the ability to evoke positivity and exude goodness wherever he went. I had the pleasure of knowing Imran for almost 10 years and I can say without a doubt that everyone who met him loved him instantly. His laughter and love of life will remain in my heart forever and not a day will go by where he won't be missed tremendously. Imran was a truly aamazing friend to me and he will never be forgotten. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you always. May he rest in eternal peace. Love, Adriana Dekirmendjian

To the Jaffer Family, It is very difficult to express my feelings about the loss of one so young, so vibrant and so full of life. Imran contributed immensely to the lives of all here at Bayview Glen. The sight of his name evokes so many fond memories of his energetic, determined and proficient displays of skill on the soccer pitch, and the broad smile and fun-loving twinkle in his eyes, off the pitch. His love of the game was always evident and his love of life was a tremendous gift to those of us who had the opportunity to share part of it with him. It was a pleasure coaching him. My heart goes out to you, as you experience the loss of a dear son, brother, friend. He will remain, warmly embraced, in our minds and hearts.

Dear Imran's mother, father, brother and sister, Although we have not personally met, I remember your son and brother, Imran. As Bayview Glen parents, we proudly watched our children grow, learn, perform, succeed and graduate. I watched Imran as he thoroughly enjoyed, explored and lived his life to the fullest. I remember watching him collect his Graduation diploma, getting his photo taken and smiling that famous Imran radiant smile. He achieved and accomplished many successes and had many good friends who adored him. You truly gave him an exceptional and beautiful life with a fine education, great friends, loving home and amazing life experiences. You will forever miss Imran terribly, but thankfully, time has a magical way of healing pain. Slowly, but surely, your pain will be replaced with unforgettable and precious memories of your dear son and brother, of which no one can take away from you. May it bring some comfort to know Imran has not left you, and will never leave you. Every time you and we think or speak about him, he is still with us in heart, mind and spirit. My deepest sympathy to you, Susan Shand Locis (Catherine's mom)

Imran was a great friend, though I was not particularly close to him but I can vividly recall his bright smile and his aura of warmth wherever he went. I still remember when I first got into BVG and didn't speak English at all, Imran came to me with Mohammed to teach me the slang said by high school kids back in the days. I suddenly felt included in this community, thanks to his big heart. He will be missed, and may his soul rest in peace.

Dearest Jaffer Family, words cannot express how heartbroken I am about your tremendous loss. Please accept my condolences and feelings of deepest sympathy. Imran was an individual who knew how to enjoy life and how to make life more enjoyable. No matter how boring, daunting, grave a situation was, he was able to make everyone laugh. He touched so many lives and made them much brighter; and that includes my life as well. I learned so much from him as a teacher and as a human being. He was one of my biggest advocates and protectors. He was a loyal, fair and empathetic human being. I have missed him since he graduated. I know that he was happy; he was very happy. He was happy with his life and all that he accomplished. That is what I reminded myself of, for the past several days, when my heart reacted with pain. Please know that I loved your son tremendously, you and him are in my thoughts and prayers. I have so many stories about Imran that I will share with you someday. Stories and memories filled with so much laughter and happiness. Those are the only ones of Imran that I will hold in my heart all my life. I am so sorry about your and OUR loss. Adriana Dybala

To the Jaffer family - words cannot begin to describe what an amazing person Imran was. Knowing him for nearly ten years was an absolute blessing and I feel extremely lucky to have known Imran as well as I did. Imran had an aura of unconditional happiness and positivity, being around him never failed to put a huge smile on my face and was one of the few people that could make me laugh no matter what mood I was in. He had a special gift of lifting people's spirits, and for that I will never forget him. His joyous, radiant, warmhearted nature inspires me to this day and forever will. We will carry Imran in our hearts eternally. My thoughts are with you at this time, sending all my love and positivity your way.
