Pastor Tony, This is heartbreaking news to receive and I hope that no words were left unsaid. I know that through your life, the gospel was exemplified to your brother. And, I'm sure he knew how much you loved him. The pain of losing an immediate family member can be unbearable. But know that the Lord loves you and he will carry you through this difficult time. He will bring you whispers of comfort at unexpected times. The Lord will remind you that there is nothing you cannot bear in his strength.

I pray that the peace of God would be with them and that they hold strong as a family. may God be with you all and strengthen your steps daily. Let there also be a hope that stirs in the hearts of those in the Costa Family that one day there will be no more tears and pain for those in Christ Jesus . My beloved brother Joe, you left us too soon. We grieve for you with heavy hearts. May God comfort us and remind us daily that we live on borrowed time and that ultimately we are accountable to Him. We thank God that death is not the end. Christ has died and risen from the grave and has conquered death. For all those who are in Christ, death has become a friend which escorts us into the presence of Christ. 'Where O death is your sting? Where O grave is your victory?'
