Bethune, Leo – Passed away after a brief illness at Tall Pines Long Term Care on January 8, 2017 in his 89th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 46 years, Daphne. Loving father to Russell, Lawrence (Diamond), Timothy and Douglas (Nickie). Proud grandfather of Adrienne, Grant, Lauren, Tristan, Maya and Xavier. Friends and family are invited to gather for visitation at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (near Keele) on Friday, January 13th from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. with a Masonic service taking place at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service Saturday, January 14th at 2 p.m. at St. James United Church, 400 Burnhamthorpe Rd. followed by cremation.
