Passed away peacefully on June 22nd, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre at the age of 89, surrounded by his beloved family. Predeceased by his loving wife, Janina Jurowski. Peter leaves behind his adoring children Walter and Mary and granddaughter Lisa. Friends and family are invited to gather for visitation at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (east of Keele) on Wednesday, June 25th from 5-8 p.m. with Panakhyda at 7 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, June 26th at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1630 Dupont St., with interment to follow at St. Volodymyr Cemetery, Oakville.
