I am totally grief struck by the news that I heard today. Sid will continue to live on through the lives that he touched. Ryan and the Freitas family stay strong, your in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

To the Freitas Family,
We would like to express our sympathies and condolences on your greatest of loss. We used to travel from Hamilton to your store and we came to know Sid over the past three years. He was always so kind and helpful when we visited. When Michael was ill Sid continued to ask after him when I would call and I will never forget this. We will keep Sid and his family in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

It's hard to believe that we saw Sid only a year ago when we visited Canada from England after 14 years! He greeted us with his friendly smile and made us feel very welcome again. We will always remember him as a dear cousin and a fellow musician.

It's hard to believe that someone so vital and full of life has left us so suddenly. Even in his last few days, Sid was warm, welcoming and gracious to his visitors, thinking more about others than himself. He still smiled and joked - which he had always loved to do. We'll carry many fond memories of Sid in the times ahead. Our thoughts and love go to Ryan on the loss of his Dad, and we extend our heartfelt sympathies to all of Sid's family & loved ones.
