Surrounded by his family, at the Humber River Regional Health Centre - Church Site, on Friday, March 9, 2007. Beloved husband of Osypa (Josephine). Dear father of Lida and her husband John Samborsky, Maria and her husband Roman Hrycyna, Andrew and his wife Christine. Loving grandfather of Steven, Larissa, Krista, Katherine, Mark, and Julian. Survived by sisters Anna and Maria, and brothers Michael and Osyp. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (near Keele) on Monday and Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. Panachida 7:30 p.m. both evenings. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., then to St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral (Franklin Ave.) for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow St. Volodymyr Cemetery, Oakville. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, 60 Richview Rd., Toronto ON M9A 5E4."
