Today is a very sad day for the Da Silva family and for Toronto housing as we say goodbye to Victor one of housing best Cleaners. Victor was one of the nicest men I have met in my life time. He would do anything for anyone and was always there when needed and never expect anything in return. My father (Ron Johnson) and husband had the privilege of working with him for many years so it is a sad day for our family also. He will be truly missed RIP Victor..
