My dear friend Vic, you should not have left us yet. You still had so much life left in you. I know everything that happened to you in the past was rough, but you took it and handled it like a trooper. Every one of us on the R.E.A.C.T. team came to honor you at your final callout. You would have been proud, I was. I know that you are now in a better place, and with your mother. God bless you and may you now rest in peace. I will be listening for your whistling. Heartfelt condolences to Victor's family. We had the pleasure of knowing and growing together through high school and early adulthood. We grew apart with time. We will always remember Victor's quick whit, ready smile, and an eager willingness to pitch in wherever needed. It's never easy to lose someone so close, so young. You have our most sincere sympathies.
