Passed away, peacefully in prayer, on February 5, 2015 in Toronto. Beloved mother of Mary and Alice ( Lesia ) and her husband Steve. Baba of Symon and Jenna. Pra Baba of Liam. Predeceased by her husband Wasyl. She loved her family and will be missed for her warm smile and welcoming HELLO! Friends may call at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, 60 Richview Rd., Toronto on Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 2 – 4 p.m. with Panakhyda at 3 p.m., then at the Cardinal Funeral Home 92 Annette St. ( east of Keele ) on Sunday evening from 6 – 9 p.m. with Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 143 Franklin Avenue followed by interment Park Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, Ukrainian Canadian Social Services or St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral.
