Obituary

In Loving Memory of Jozefa Muron. Passed away peacefully at Copernicus Lodge, Toronto Nov. 21, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Ignatius Muron. Devoted mother of Barb Muron and Christopher Muron and his wife Debbie. Proud grandmother of Aaron, Matthew, Stephanie, Carolyn and Mark. Jozefa’s life was a tribute to the power of faith, hope and love. She showed courage and perseverance through her experiences during World War 2. After emigrating to Canada, Jozefa dedicated her life to her church, family and friends. A remarkable woman, she will be remembered for her extraordinary self sacrifice and giving nature. Most comforting were her words of encouragement, her wonderful smile, laughter and amazing ability to console. Jozefa possessed countless “life” lessons which she succeeded in passing on to her children and grandchildren and these will be cherished. Known and witnessed by all of her friends and neighbours were her expert achievements in her garden and her kitchen. A Memorial service will be held at the Pro-Cathedral in North Bay Ontario, at a later date. Internment at the Park Lawn Cemetery, Sudbury will be held in the Spring. Donations in memory of Jozefa may be made to the Alzheimer's Society. Prayers are appreciated as she was a deeply faithful and devoted Catholic.
