Obituary

TRON, Leona Victoria It is with sad hearts that the family announces her passing, on Friday, December 2, 2005, at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Despite suffering from multiple sclerosis, she nonetheless had the will to live for seventy wonderful years. She leaves behind her devoted husband, John, her devoted brother, Edward, her loving daughter Lesya and son-in-law Robert, their children Alexander and Stephanie, her son Andrew and her daughter-in-law Myrosia. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles: Stella, Fred, Kay, Rose and Ann, along with countless friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Pearl and Walter. Friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst St. (north of Dundas St.) on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral on Monday, 9 a.m. at Cardinal, to St. Volodymyr Cathedral (Bathurst St.) for a 9:30 a.m. service. Interment at St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Cemetery (Oakville). Panakhyda memorial service on Sunday, 7:30. In celebration of Victoria's life, donations to the St. Vladimir Institute will be graciously accepted. "
