Hello, I am wondering if this lady Eduardo’s last maiden name was Garcia. Did she work for the Count of Da Silva in the 1950’s/1960’s? I remember my own mother Inez worked with a Eduarda Garcia who also became the godmother of Inez’s younger sister Estrela when she was in San Miguel. She was said to have moved to Toronto and married a Jose do Couto? What year was she born plus month and where on Sam Miguel. THANK YOU !

I just find out about this great woman's passing. She was the kindest lady I have ever known. My son survived daycare because of he cooking and her kindness to look after every one. I am deeply sorry for your loss. She was an Angel and now she is with Angels.

Eduarda was the sweetest person I have ever met, and I will always remember her kindness, love and smiles.
I will miss her so much but always will have her in my prayer.

My sincerest condolences to the Do Couto family. Maria was a wonderful person and loving mother to my friend Tiago. I remember her from my time as a student at the Choir School. Although I cannot be there for the service in person, Maria and her family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Senhora Eduarda was the most kindest person I've ever meet she always put others before her self she was amazing truly amazing she's is gone but will never be forgotten.
