Dear Mary and Rose,
I am so sorry to hear about Mom. I will always remember the cookies (LOTS of cookies) that were there waiting for me so many years ago. Your Mom and Dad always treated me like their own daughter and I always felt so welcome in your family. Your Mom gave a lot of care and love to this kid from down the street.
