Obituary
In lieu of flowers - memorial donations to either the Alzheimer Society or Canadian Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
Gatherings will be limited to up to 50 people at a time in a visitation suite. When coming for a visitation, guests are asked to pay their respects to the deceased, acknowledge the family from a safe distance and exit the suite. Guest seating has been arranged to maintain physical distancing and will remain in place for all services and visitation in the funeral home. Once guests exit the visitation suite, we kindly ask them to exit the funeral home to allow other guests the same opportunity.

Dear John, Paula, Jasmine, Jordan and DaSilva Costa Travassos Family.
My sincere heartfelt condolences on the passing of your dear mom, mother inlaw and loving vavo a lovely lady.
I remember her at family gatherings she always had a smile, a laugh and a funny story to tell. So full of life, energictic, always helpful a strong independant woman. She is now resting in peace in the presence of the Lord together again with her husband, family and friends in paradise. During this pandemic time so many souls leave this earth without loved ones near by ... they do not journey alone to heaven loved ones and the God's angels come to guide them to eternal peace in paradise. They leave this earth but they continue to guide us love us and their memory their love remains in our hearts and in our thoughts forever till we meet them again.
May God give you strenght and peace in your hearts during this sad time.
