Obituary
Pashynsky, Mary (nee Aftanas), born March 30, 1922 in Pavlokoma, Ukraine and passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga. Beloved wife of the late Ihnat Pashynsky and loving mother to Nadia. Cherished grandmother of Marko (Dawn) and Andrij (Larysa) and loving great-grandmother of Jacob, Zachary and Katherine. She will be sadly missed by her friends and extended family in Canada and Australia. Family and friends are invited for visitation at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (east of Keele), on Thursday, February 19 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m., with Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service to be held at The Chapel of All Saints of Ukraine at St. Volodymyr Cemetery and Cultural Centre, 1280 Dundas St.W., Oakville on Friday, February 20 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made in memory of Mary to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Ontario Lung Association or towards a memorial Mass.Visitation
