Obituary

Maria Teresa Colino was born on October 7, 1947 in Vieite, Spain. She was joined in marriage to Ovidio December 19,1971. She passed through heaven’s gate on Christmas Eve at Toronto Western Hospital. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and enjoyed home making and preparing meals for her friends and family. Importantly, she had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. She was consummately passionate for volunteering assisting her parish church of St. Peter’s and was involved in school activities at her son’s elementary and high schools. The family will greet friends at Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst Street, (north of Dundas) on Monday December 28 between 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 9:00 pm. A Christian funeral mass will take place at St. Peter’s Church, 840 Bathurst Street at 9:00am. She was beloved wife of Ovidio and mother to Sonia and Francisco, mother-in-law to Mike, and beloved grandmother to Michael and Maya. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 830 Bathurst Street, (north of Bloor) Toronto, ON.
