Obituary

Mary Krupica- Passed away peacefully on May 7, 2016 in her 96th year. Loving mother to her sons Karl (Noreen) and Edward (Jane), and daughter Lydia Atkinson. Wonderful Babka to Steven, Susan, Michael, Karla, Kayley Krupica, Laura (Sal) Corrente, David (Roberta) Atkinson, and Krysta Ozinga. Cherished great-grandmother to Brittany, Ellis, Ashley, Victoria, Tristan, and Lauren Krupica, Christopher and Matthew Corrente, Vanessa and Brandon Atkinson, and Alexis and Chloe Ozinga. Predeceased by her husband Karl (1981) and sister Helen Spinetta (2000). Survived by brothers Joe (Anne) and John, and sister Anne Drblik. Lovingly remembered by all who knew her for her kind and prayerful spirit, tasty baking, excellent card playing skills, engaging storytelling, and hospitable, welcoming nature. Thank you to the supportive, attentive staff at Lakeside Long Term Care. Your generous, loving care was much appreciated. Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St., Toronto on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. A Celebration of Life will take place at 11 a.m., on Wednesday May 11, 2016, at St. Joan of Arc Church, 1701 Bloor St. West, Toronto. Interment will be at a later date in Temiscaming, Quebec. Donations in Mary’s honour and memory, to a charity of your choice, are appreciated.
