Obituary
(nee Iwaskiw)Passed away peacefully at Toronto East General Hospital, on Thursday, December 11, 2008, at age 87, after a brief illness. Beloved mother of Myroslav Petriw and his wife Luba of Coquitlam BC, Zenon Petriw and his wife Maria of Newmarket. Cherished grandmother of Yarko, Mark, Adrian and Melanie and proud great-grandmother to Dean. Predeceased by her husbands Nicholas Dawosyr (1997) and Jaroslav Petriw (1960). She will be missed by many friends and family in Canada, US and Ukraine. Michaeline was a longtime employee of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Downsview (retired 1986). Friends will be received at Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette Street (near Keele) on Monday from 6-9 p.m. with Panachyda at 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, Decemeber 16 at 10 a.m. Interment Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ukrainian Canadian Congress would be greatly appreciated."
