My condolences to your family during this difficult time, I've worked with Pat in passing for many years and it came as a shock to hear of her passing but i guess it's time for her to rest now. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Hello, I had the pleasure and opportunity of working with Patricia during the last 2 years. She was an extraordinary nurse. She had a great sense of humour and a wonderful laugh. She absolutely glowed when she talked about her boys and their studies. She was so very proud of them. She will be deeply missed.

Pat's smile was so infectious, never a dull momemt. We are from the same Island, she had millions stories to tell you about our nation and it's history and I would just sit on awe of how beautifully she could tell our stories. Pat was always kind and respectful to her co-worker. A GREAT NURSE! I remember working my first shift at CAMH, You were the charge nurse and you made me feel supported. I will miss those night shifts with you.
I always enjoyed working with Pat in PRT-8. Small coffee 1 milk 1 sugar is on me :).
We will miss you Pat and You will always be remembered.
