Obituary

Radicevic, Roza – Roza Radicevic was born on July 31, 1919 in the village of Nahuyevychi, Ukraine and died at the Ivan Franko Home in Toronto, Ontario on January 13, 2015. Roza worked on a large family farm in Ukraine until 1942, when she was deported to Germany along with her brother Yulian. Here she met her husband Milisav. They arrived in Canada in the 1950’s. Milisav died in 2004. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 15th at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst St. (north of Dundas) from 7 – 9 p.m. Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. A Ukrainian Orthodox Rite of Funeral will take place on Friday, January 16th at 10 a.m. at the St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral at 406 Bathurst St. Interment to follow at York Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Ivan Franko Homes. “Vichnaya Pamyat”
