Tavares, Teresa - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 20^th, 2019 at Toronto Western Hospital at the age of 89. Teresa, beloved wife of the late Agnelo. She will be missed by her late brother Paul De Faria’s family (his surviving spouse Lubelia De Faria and their children George De Faria, Anna De Faria, Victor De Faria and James De Faria), her late brother Jose De Faria’s family (his surviving children Mary Havlin, Duke De Faria and Elizabeth Balog) and her sister Leonilde Miranda and her children Dinarte Miranda Jr., Delia Miranda and Victor Miranda.
