Sincere thoughts and sympathy for your loss. A friend of mine often sat with her at our Counterpoint Concerts.

Roman K. typing on Tuesday evening, the day after my mother passed away at Humber Regional hospital, after suffering a fall in January. Watch for an announcement that ought to appear in Wednesday's Toronto Star. Did you know that if you "Google" my Mom and her maiden name (Sklepkowycz) a little story comes up - historical notes by my late uncle John re: the family's time in Europe after the war, and their experience in their new home which to begin with was near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They were teens and Mom was partial to certain C&W tunes like "Mule Train", "Red River Valley" and I think "Saskatoon Moon" for the remainder of her life.

Hello everyone, thanks for "stopping by". Roman K. here typing on Tuesday afternoon, March 10, eg. the day after my mother's passing. Just a note to start things off. We're working on an insert to be placed in the Toronto Star maybe... not sure yet. Did you know that if you "Google" my mom with her maiden name (Sklepkowycz) a little story comes up: historical notes by my late uncle John re: the family's time in Europe after the war, and their experience in their new home which to begin with was near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I visited Saskatoon in late 2001 and when I got back I showed Zenia my pictures of her old haunts.
