My deepest condolences to Ana’s family and friends. She was a wonderful lady, I was lucky to work with her at multiple shoppers drug mart stores over the span of a decade. I met her at my very first job in Toronto as an 18 year old almost 20 years ago, we had an instant rapport. She was tough as nails but so kind and gentle at the same time. Ana and I shared countless conversations about life, we’d spend breaks venting about our troubles and sharing so much laughter. She was never afraid to stand up for her staff, and I used to call her my work mom. Ana was taken from this world too soon… I hope her loved ones find peace in the cherished memories of her. Rest easy, Ana. Thank you for being there for me during some of the most tumultuous times of my 20s. You made work bearable and fun on the worst days. You will be so missed. ❤️
