My father passed unexpectedly in February 2025. I called Cardinal in the middle of night and they answered and came immediately. They were kind, patient and made planning and executing the funeral as easy as possible. They took care of so many of the logistics and supported our family with many of the estate settling issues as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Recently, I had my moms service at this location (Feb '24 Annette). Everyone there was wonderful, understanding, very helpful, and professional. We were the only family having a viewing & service there. Words can not explain how intimate & peaceful it was. The catering food OMG was great, tasty, and the server was wonderful. If you're looking for a private & cosey service location, I would recommend the Annette location. We used the Bathurst location for my brother, father services & other family members in the past. The staff there were great, only differences was it was buzy & poor parking because there were other services going on. Annette St staff, thank you for a wonderful send-off for my mom and having everything run smoothly during this difficult time for our family.
