Obituary

Amelia Ferreira (February 5th, 1928 – January 24th 2026)

Amelia Ferreira, a woman of profound faith and boundless devotion to her family, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and selflessness.

Amelia’s life was defined by two great pillars: her family and her faith. A devout Catholic, she found great strength and solace in her church. She was a constant presence in her parish, never missing a Sunday Mass, and she carried the values of her faith into everything she did.

Amelia committed her entire life to the well-being and happiness of her son and her grandchildren. She was the heart of her home—a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who led by example. Her sacrifice and unwavering support were the foundation upon which her family was built. Whether through a kind word, a shared prayer, or her constant presence at family gatherings, Amelia made sure every member of her family felt cherished.

She is lovingly succeeded by her family, who will continue to honor her memory:

Manuel and (Fatima), Steve, (Sandra) Alessio, Lorenzo, Kevin and (Maria Fernanda)

Her kindness, her strength, and her spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

"Well done, good and faithful servant."
