Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sean Alexander Bourke on September 18, 2025.

Survived by his uncle Jim Bourke (Malene Hjorngaaard), and cousin Patrick Bourke (Jill Darnell-Bourke), predeceased by his father Mark Bourke, his mother Tatyana Bourke, his uncles and aunts Vitaly Savina, Jon Bourke, Terry and Georgina Bourke, and grandmother, Ganna Savina

Sean found his greatest joy in the time he spent with his close friends. Whether traveling or out on a hunting or fishing trip, or snowboarding in the winter, he was happiest surrounded by the people he cared about. His infectious smile and joy endeared him to both family and friends. His sudden passing leaves his loved ones with a deep sense of loss, not only for the man he was, but for the many years of shared experiences they imagined still lay ahead. In recent years, Sean devoted himself to caring for his father during his long illness, showing a selflessness and strength well beyond his years. His kindness, quiet humor, and deep loyalty will be forever remembered by his family and friends.

A visitation will be held Wednesday October 8, 2025 from 6 pm to 8 pm, followed by a service with interment Thursday Oct 9, 2025 at 1pm.
