Tia was truly a lovely, kind-hearted lady who gave so much of herself to those she loved, which showed through her deep devotion to her family. Her creativity and talent shone through everything she did, especially in her beautiful crochet work. Her talents always left me in awe. Each piece is a lasting reminder of her care, patience, and love, and will be cherished for many years to come. Tia, my memories of you from childhood have always been deeply cherished, and I can still taste the suspiros (meringue cookies) you used to make, along with the excitement of family visits around the holidays. You called them beijinhos (kisses). Tia, for all the kisses you have given me in my lifetime, I want to send a million back to you. Thank you for your beautiful presence here with us.
