Dear Laurie, Heather and Evan:
It was with great shock that we heard of Mike's sudden passing. We have been late in acknowledging your loss because we have been away from home. We send you our deepest sympathy. Fond memories are recalled of Mike on the soccer pitch coaching the Swansea kids. We are thinking of you at this difficult time and send you strength and friendship.

I am deeply saddened and shocked to learn of Meikel's death. Laurie, Heather, and Evan, I am so sorry.

I lovingly remember Mike, bigger than life, on the shore of lake Ontario at Sandbanks Provincial Park, frolicking in the surf with a dozen or more children, enthralled with all the blessings of this world.
