Carole adored her four grandchildren and had an exceptional bond with them. She will be forever remembered sharing her love of football with her grandsons Noah and Benjamin. She spent endless time knitting and talking with her grandaughers Olivia and Abby. She will be fondly remembered but profoundly missed by her two daughters Catherine and Christine and her son in law Patrick who was like a son to her. She traveled to Italy and the Middle East and had an interest in all things Politics, sports, gardening and family. She will be missed by her friends and family, especially Dorothy and Sheilagh. She is now with her parents Bill and Mary, sister June, Aunt Margaret and her many canine pals. I shall deeply miss Carole as long as I am here. We were friends for so many years. Going back to our days as young girls at St. Joseph's Hospital Toronto, training to be nurses. They taught us well, and we both nursed for many many years. We shared so many experiences together. I remember when all her grandchildren were born and how much she loved being so close to them through babyhood to young teenagers. She was a wonderful Mother, to her two daughters Christine and Cathy, Grandmother, to four lovely children Olivia,Benjamin,Abby and Noah.I could not have asked for a truer, kinder and more honest friend. She was there for me through good times and tough times.we shared tears and laughter together. She had integrity, kindness and a wonderful sense of humor. She loved her dogs Digby and Daisy and I came to love them as well.It was a privilege to have been able to be a part of her life for so many years.
