Ms. Elizabete Pinto

Obituary

Elizabete Pinto, 70 years old of Toronto, Ontario passed away on June 17, 2024.

She was born to Laurinda Pinto and Joao Pinto in Madeira, Portugal. She immigrated to Canada in June 1971. She was a very hardworking woman and a loving mother. She is survived by her son Nelson Pinto and brother Jose Pinto. 

     She was a deeply beloved mother who was also loving and caring. Her family was of the upmost importance to her. She was strong despite her many health conditions which afflicted her at a young age. She was a true warrior who was brave and courageous.

     The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Elizabete. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She especially delighted in shopping with her mother.  Music was another one of Elizabete’s passions. She had a deep appreciation for her Portuguese culture, music and folklore. She also adored dancing. She was a fabulous cook . She was someone that loved colour and her style was vibrant and fun. 

     Being a God loving and God fearing woman, she found tremendous joy in and savoured these activities with her family and friends. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed by her son, family and friends.
