I will miss Lita's phone calls regarding play dates. I will miss Lita's honest comments. Lita had qualities as the Late Mother Theresa. Lita was kind, out going and helpful. Severus said I will miss all the chicken dinners you cooked for me.

Dear Manilyn and Michael,
Our family was very saddened to hear of the loss of your wonderful mother. Lita was such a happy and caring person, always laughing and smiling and surrounded by a bunch of kids! My son Scott (a good buddy of Andy) will especially miss her as she often had him over to the Grants' to play (which was such a big help to me).
This is a very difficult time for you, but we hope that your memories of Lita's love for you and the caring from our Humbercrest community bring you comfort.

Dear Manilyn & Michael.
I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your dear mother. I am honoured to have gotten to know her through the Grant and Evans families. I will remember her as a loving and devoted mother who spoke so highly of her own children while cuddling and playing with the children in her care. Lita was always filled with laughter and fun, care and compassion. She will be missed very much. We are deeply sorry for your loss.

Lita will definitely be missed in the west end neighbourhood of Toronto. Everyone, kids, parents, other nannies loved Lita. She was always so happy, positive, full of energy and all the kids that knew her loved her treats. I can still clearly hear Lita's voice, laugh and see her big smile. May she rest in peace.

I am so very sad to hear of Lita's passing. She was loved by all and will be sadly missed in our west-end neighbourhood by children, parents and other caregivers. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Lita since I first met her and the Grant family at Place to Play Nursery School in 2005. Lita was a fun-loving, big-hearted and gregarious presence in our community. May she rest in peace.

We were very saddened to hear of Leitas passing. Leita was a very special person to the Grant and Evans family, she cared for children in a caring loving manner and always full of energy and fun. She spoke of her own children often and admired their accomplishments .
I especially appreciate the care and kindness she extended to my Grandchildren, Jack, Will,and Charlotte ,she cared for them as her own.
Leita will be missed so much to the Grant Family, my heart goes out to all of them but especially to Micheal and Mandalyn.

My deepest sympathy to Manilyn and her brother, words can't express how sorry I am for your loss. God has taken another angel, we don't understand why but know that your mother is always watching over you guys and protecting you. She is now and forever your guardian angel. Lita was the loveliest nanny I knew. She was so easy going with playdates and always willing to take my children and any one else's to help out another mom or nanny or so that the three Grant children had something fun to do. This is a loss not just for you and your family but for our entire Humbercrest community. My family is so sorry for your loss.

Dear Manilyn and Michael,
We are heartbroken for you at the loss of your wonderful mom. We got to know Lita very well over the years and she was such a warm, loving and delightful person, with always a treat for our children in her bag or a hug for anyone who seemed to need it. We will all miss her very much.

We got to know Lita over the years as our kids attended nursery school and lessons with the Grant children. She was always such a fun-loving, lively woman who never failed to say "hello" and stop for a chat. As with so many others in the community, we will miss seeing her smiling face.
