Chiao Ying Tsai 蔡李嬌鶯

It is with deep sadness and love that we announce the passing of Chiao Ying Tsai, beloved wife of Ming Tea (Michael) Tsai, devoted mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend, who was called home to be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Chiao Ying was a woman of deep faith, compassion, courage, and generosity. Together with her husband, she made the brave decision to leave her homeland and move halfway around the world to Canada in search of a better future for her family. Through difficult winters, a new language, and the challenges of adapting to a different culture, she faced life with resilience and determination, building a life rooted in faith, hard work, and love.

Chiao Ying deeply loved and treasured her family, especially her grandchildren: Sonya, Laryssa, Alexi, Michael, Matisse, and Clement. Her love, strength, courage, kindness, and faith live on through them and through all whose lives she touched.

She will be remembered as a source of comfort, wisdom, and unwavering support to her children Sandra, Susan, Selena, and Richard.

Though deeply missed, we take comfort in knowing she rests in peace in the presence of the Lord.
