Mycyk, Dr. Modest Daniel, at St. Joseph's Health Centre on Saturday, July 17, 2004. Beloved husband of Helen, dear father of Taras and his wife Anna Mycyk, Marta and her husband Walter Burych, Stephen Mycyk, Chrystia Mycyk, and Irene and her husband Orest Kostruba; dear grandfather of Modest, Yvanna, Oleksander and Sofia Mycyk; Andrew, Michael and Alexandra Burych; Cassandra and Christopher Mycyk; Arianna, Ruslan and Arkady Yanishevsky; and Daniel, Michael and Andrew Kostruba. Dear brother of Greg Mycyk and his wife Jane and Ivanna and her husband Orest Symko. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (near Keele) Monday 2-4 and 6-9 PM. Funeral Tuesday 9:30 AM then to St. Josaphat's Cathedral (Franklin Ave) for mass at 10 AM. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. Panachyda Monday 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Konvalia Project, or charity of your choice."
