My name is Michael Minev and I am a physician who worked with Joseph at the social security administration in Las Vegas. He was always kind and encouraging teaching me about the psychology of playing the stock market. He had a great sense of humor and we had very engaging discussions. I am very saddened to learn about his passing and will miss him very much. I hope he is at peace with the brother he missed so much.
