Obituary
Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga, on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Stefania. Beloved father of Helen (Alan), Eugene (Nina), Alexandra (John) and Myra (Roman). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Lauren, Stephanie, Samantha, Sarah and Alexander. Survived by two sisters and one brother in Ukraine.
The family will receive friends at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (east of Keele) on Monday from 6 – 9 p.m. with Panachyda at 7 p.m . Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock at Christ the Good Shepherd at St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church with interment following at St. Volodymyr Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Children of Chornobyl Canadian Fund. "
