Obituary
Alfred Lincoln BROWN Passed on peacefully at home on June 21 2024 at the age of 97 .The Cherished Son of Rev. Redvers Milton Brown and Ruby Geneva Brown (Heath),Brother of Johanne (Brown) McMacken , Beloved husband of Rheta Mae Brown (b.1930-d.2015) Loving Father of Debbie McGlade (Dan), Bruce Brown, Brenda Swidzinsky (Peter) and Michele Brown.
Grandfather of Jamie, Darren, Danielle, Nicole and Michael. Great Grandfather of Eric, Erin, Kaia, Steven, Manny, Sadie and Sebastian and Great Great Grandfather 3.
Fred attended Pickering College as a scholar and an Athlete playing football and holding multi year high jump records the held for decades.
Fred continued his studies OCADU majoring in Sculpture. Fred was a Multi Disciplinary Artist whose works have been loved in many homes across Canada.
Fred went on to a lengthy career as a set decorator for CBC Television where he worked on many productions and period pieces requiring him to be in tune with historical accuracy as well as utilizing his creative flair.
Dad had a life long love of Arden Ontario with the joys of spending time playing horseshoes (winning multi year championships), Hiking , Swimming and Rowing with his large extended family during the summer.
When ever anyone would ask him how he was he would always respond “All the better for seeing you”
Dad we will miss you Dearly, Thank-you for all the good memories and love.
