Obituary

In Loving Memory

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bruno Garisto, on December 9, 2020. He was surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Rosina. Cherished father of daughter, Rosanna, and his sons, Frank (Mary), John (Angela) and Pino (Mary). Proud Nonno of Angelo (Gaya), Matthew (Christina), Allison, Stephanie, Jessica, Christopher, Michael, Juliann and Sara. Bruno will always be remembered for his kindness, generosity, selflessness and his unconditional love for his family.

Bruno immigrated to Canada from Italy in 1951 and became a much-respected master carpenter in Toronto, his home for 69 years.  Bruno's passion for excellence and pride in his work was second only to his love for family and friends.

He filled his home with love, laughter and warmth and will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your preference would be appreciated by the family.
